Therapy Services

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy provides a private, supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences with a trained professional. Together, we work to understand patterns that may be contributing to stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, or past trauma while developing healthier coping skills and practical tools to help you move forward.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy provides a supportive space for two people to improve communication, rebuild trust, and work through challenges in their relationship. In session, we explore each person’s perspective, identify patterns that may be contributing to conflict or disconnection, and practice healthier communication and problem-solving skills. The goal is to increase understanding, strengthen the relationship, and create a healthier dynamic between both individuals.

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy designed to help individuals process and heal from distressing or traumatic experiences. While EMDR is widely known for treating trauma and PTSD, it can also be effective for anxiety, panic, depression, grief, phobias, negative self-beliefs, and other emotionally overwhelming life experiences.

Therapy is a space where you can slow down and talk openly about what is happening in your life without judgment. Many people come to therapy carrying stress, difficult emotions, or experiences they have never fully processed.

In therapy, we work together to understand these experiences, identify patterns that may be affecting your life, and develop tools that help you navigate challenges in healthier ways.

Therapy is not about being told what to do. It is about gaining insight, building skills, and creating lasting change that helps you live a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Free Phone Consulation

A brief phone consultation is available for individuals or couples who would like to ask questions and determine if therapy is a good fit. During this call, concerns, goals for therapy, and how sessions typically work can be discussed. This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation designed to help clients feel comfortable taking the next step toward support. Consultations typically last 10–15 minutes, and questions about therapy or the process of getting started are always welcome.
